The MindBody Reconnect (MBR) is an approach that supports people who are dealing with ongoing symptoms like burnout, fatigue, chronic pain and symptoms of Fibromyalgia, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Long Covid, IBS, Anxiety and other related symptoms and illnesses.
Through this mindbody approach, we have the understanding that the body communicates using emotions and may shout with physical sensations and symptoms. Over long periods of time when we ignore our emotions and instincts, and override our needs, we may enter into a state where our symptoms seem to be ever present and are massively impacting our life.
The MindBody Reconnect (MBR) utilises a powerful set of tools with the aim to support you in learning to listen to and truly understand your emotional needs and make positive shifts in day to day life and your mindset to address this, thus promoting positive shifts in your happiness and health. I approach each person as entirely unique, providing you with the tools that empower you to discover your emotions, your needs, and what feels good for you.
In sessions, you will…
- Receive a set of tools that will help you begin to truly connect with yourself and understand what the signals of your body are trying to say.
- Notice patterns (for example people pleasing or perfectionism) that may have protected you once, but are holding you back now.
- Start implementing small, accessible actions to address things that don’t feel good in your life and day-to-day.
- Begin to introduce actions that create fulfillment and joy.
Through all of this you will be addressing what your body has been trying to tell you with the aim of reducing symptoms and preventing them in the future by staying connected to yourself and building a life that is truly meeting your needs.
